Shipping policy

All items are made to order.

Orders will begin production after the preorder window closes. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

DNKCollects is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
