All DNKCollects items are part of a limited preorder drop and are made to order.

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund up until the preorder window closes.

Once the preorder period ends, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after this point.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
